Shipping: Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date your order is placed for your handmade jewelry to ship. We will ship your items via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10.00. We require a signature upon delivery if the contents of any shipment values $500 or more. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, we thank you for your interest in IOLINA and urge you to check back in with us for an updated shipping policy in the future.
Returns: We accept returns for most unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Returns are refundable for store credit only, cost of shipping is not included. We do not accept returns for items marked “Final Sale”, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales, or custom pieces. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Include “Return Request” in the subject line and your order number in the body of the email. Please insure your return package for the full value of the contents and obtain a tracking number from the courier of your choice. Please do not send any returns without contacting us first. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable or untimely return requests.
Repairs: Please contact us to inquire about a repair. Include “Repair” in the subject line of your email, and your order number and a description of the damage in the body of your email. Repairs are subject to approval and additional fees. Repairs may take 4-6 weeks to complete and are subject to shipping fees. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair requests.
Rush Orders: We are happy to accommodate rush orders - whenever possible - for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
