Shipping: Please allow about one week for your jewelry to ship. We will email you with an exact shipping date after you place your order. Domestic shipping within the contiguous 48 states is always free! We will ship your items via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS and provide you with a tracking number. Your shipment may require a signature upon delivery if the contents values $500 or more. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, we thank you for your interest in IOLINA and urge you to check back in with us for an updated shipping policy in the future or contact us to discuss a custom international order/shipping arrangement.
Returns: We accept returns for most unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Returns are refundable for store credit only. We do not accept returns for items marked “Final Sale”, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales, or custom pieces. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Please insure your return package for the full value of the contents and obtain a tracking number from the courier of your choice. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable (e.g., jewelry/packaging that show signs of wear) or untimely return requests.
Repairs: Please contact us to inquire about a repair. Repairs are subject to approval and additional fees, plus the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair requests.
