As most pieces are made to order, please allow 5-10 days for orders to ship. Limited Edition Collection and items marked "ready to ship" will ship in 1-2 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding specific production time for the items you would like to order or to request a rush order!

• Shipments may require a signature upon delivery if the content values $500 or more.

• Free shipping for orders $200 and above (contiguous USA, including District of Columbia).

• Please contact us to inquire about international shipping/domestic shipping outside the contiguous 48 States/D.C.)

STUDIO PICK UP: Pop-in for a safe & socially distant studio visit to collect your order in person. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect at the studio [please include your phone number during checkout if you would like to be notified via phone].

Standard Return Policy: If you would like to make a return for store credit or exchange please contact us to initiate the process within five days of receiving your order. We are able to accept returns for store credit or item exchange only of unworn jewelry in the same condition as it was received. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for custom pieces/sizes & "final sale" items and reserve the right to deny any untimely or unreasonable (e.g. jewelry showing signs of wear) return requests.
